How does it work?

  • 1. Initial enquiry

    Tell us about your project! Click the button below or email us at enquiries@sciencegraphicdesign.com with the details of your project.

  • 2. Let's have a chat

    We’ll ask you some follow up questions so we’re all in the same page- we can do this over email or Zoom. Then I’ll provide you with a personalised quote & working timeline.

  • 3. Drafting stage

    We’ll provide you with one or multiple rough drafts for your graphic. Based on your feedback, we can review these as many times as necessary until you’re happy with them!

  • 4. Stylising stage

    Once we’ve settled on a full draft, we’ll stylise the graphic for you- this is when we elevate its look to the next level!

  • 5. Final adjustments

    After we stylise the figure, we might still need to do some last tweaks to ensure its perfect- that’s included in the base cost of the graphic. Any major changes at this stage will incur on additional charges.

  • 6. Final product

    When you’re happy with the graphic we’ll send you all the necessary files & provide you with a final invoice.

Please note: Science Graphic Design will never divulge or publish any information on your research during the design process. We will only share the finished product after your work is published in the relevant outlet and we have your consent.
